Lowering cholesterol revolves around two types of high cholesterol treatment. These treatments are drug therapy and lifestyle change. The drug therapy methods are easier because a person can still eat what they want, however, they will incur certain side effects. Lifestyle change may be harder for people who can't resist delicious foods but is an overall great decision because the body will naturally heal itself. People must weigh the options and decide which method is truly right for them.
